Today marks an exciting milestone in the evolution of Decision Lab. We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of a strategic restructure designed to enhance our capabilities, sharpen our focus, and ultimately, deliver even greater value to our customers, clients and partners.

  • Centralised Sales, Account Management & Marketing Team -> SAMM: Our commercial and client engagement functions are now centralised within the Sales, Account Management & Marketing (SAMM) team. By centralising these functions, we are better equipped to understand your needs, build deeper partnerships, and ensure a consistent, positive experience throughout your journey with Decision Lab.
  • New Practice Leads (AI Innovation, Solution Design, & Defence & National Security): We have introduced dedicated Practice Leads overseeing key areas: AI Innovation, Solution Design, and Defence & National Security. These leaders provide dedicated expertise, driving innovation and ensuring our solutions are tailored to specific domains and technical requirements. This means you benefit from faster access to advanced AI-driven R&D that focuses on your specific problems, and leverage our dedicated expertise to accelerate your time to value.
  • New Leadership & Governance: Alongside these team changes, we have implemented new leadership roles and governance structures.
